Beef Meatballs with The Dust

How many times have you been asked to bring finger food to a party?! Here is a quick easy way to bring something they will all love. Yes Meatballs!  You can even use preformed frozen meatballs and make them taste like to made them yourself.

  • First spray your skillet with non-stick spray and set the temperature to medium heat.
  • Empty the contents of your favorite meatballs into an electric skillet or frying pan.
  • Sprinkle the meatballs with The Dust (Big Tony Brown). Remember a little bit of this seasoning goes a long way, but don't be afraid to use it.
  • Toss the meatballs gently to make sure they are evenly covered with non-stick and seasoning. Cover and let simmer a bit.
  • After about 10 minutes, turn them over with a wooden spoon to cook evening and avoid burning.
  • Depending on the packaging, it should take about 20-30 minutes if frozen to get them cook and hot to serve.

Serve the meatballs with your favorite Big Tony Brown sauce. We like the Super Spicy.

Big Tony's Spicy Chicken Wings

Chicken Wings are a party favorite! Instead of going to your local sports bar, make your own Big Tony Brown wings at home with The Dust and Super Spicy Sauce.

Start with clean chicken drummettes, dried and in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle the chicken parts with The Dust to your liking. A little goes a long way. Toss by hand in the bowl until chicken is evenly covered with the seasoning.
Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.

Get your grill started! Heat the coals or gas to 320 degrees.
Once your grill is at 320 degrees, you are ready to put the chicken on. Place the chicken away from the flame evenly on the grill, slightly separated from pieces. This grilling method uses indirect heat cooking style.

Grill the chicken parts, turning every 45 minutes until evenly lightly browned. Preheat heat your oven to 275 degrees for the final touches. Remove chicken from the grill and place in aluminum pan. Cover with foil and seal tightly. Bake for 30 minutes. Uncover, mix wings and turn up to 380 and cook for additional 10-15 minutes. Take the pan out of the oven and place in large bowl. Toss with your choice of Big Tony Brown sauce. Serve and enjoy!
