- First spray your skillet with non-stick spray and set the temperature to medium heat.
- Empty the contents of your favorite meatballs into an electric skillet or frying pan.
- Sprinkle the meatballs with The Dust (Big Tony Brown). Remember a little bit of this seasoning goes a long way, but don't be afraid to use it.
- Toss the meatballs gently to make sure they are evenly covered with non-stick and seasoning. Cover and let simmer a bit.
- After about 10 minutes, turn them over with a wooden spoon to cook evening and avoid burning.
- Depending on the packaging, it should take about 20-30 minutes if frozen to get them cook and hot to serve.
Serve the meatballs with your favorite Big Tony Brown sauce. We like the Super Spicy.
